We accept a variety of cashless payment methods, including credit and debit cards, mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as other digital payment applications. The cashless payment will be charged according to the posted payment instructions. Post-travel billing questions should be directed to our Accounting Department.

*Note the resort is cashless and will only accept the above methods of payment. Cash payment is not accepted throughout the Resort.

Upon check-in we will run an authorization on the card for the total room charges, plus $50 per room/per night for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to check-out. If the card you are using is a debit card attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay in addition to the $50 per room/per night held in case of incidental charges. These funds may take up to ten business days or longer after your departure for your financial institution to return the funds.

The minimum age for checking in to our resort is 21. A valid form of ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in.

A daily resort fee of $35 plus tax per room/per night includes a daily breakfast buffet for two adults, in-room and public area premium FreeB™ Wi-Fi, in-room Keurig coffee makers, swimming pool access, pool towels for resort area use, tennis courts with tennis balls and racquets*, games throughout the resort, 2-hour bicycle rental*, unlimited local and toll-free calls, beach chairs* for use at Marathon beaches, grill and picnic area*.

*available on a first-come-first-served basis. Bikes can be rented for a maximum of two (2) hours. If not returned on time, the rental is subject to a late return fee of $50.00.  The breakfast buffet can be purchased for additional registered guests for $11.95+ per person/per day. There are 34 boat slips and we are able to accommodate a maximum boat size of 56 feet.

There is no on-property fuel station. The closest Gas and Diesel station is located 1.5 miles SW of Banana Bay Resort & Marina.

In accordance with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, all Florida residents and visitors are required to possess a Florida  freshwater fishing or saltwater fishing license when engaged in fishing activities.

Banana Bay is located 45 miles from the Key West Airport and 112 miles from the Miami Airport.

We do not provide complimentary transportation to/from the airport. Cabs and other group transportation options are available at a nominal cost.

Yes, we welcome boaters with a 34 slip marina, dockmaster, boat ramp, trailer parking, showers and more.

Parking for cars is $18 per vehicle + tax/per day.

Parking for authorized trailers and a daily ramp fee is $70.

At Banana Bay Resort & Marina, furry friends no longer go unnoticed, with our pet-friendly program, which is ideal for short and long-term guests. Guests can travel with their pet and enjoy special hotel amenities* upon checking into their room, including food/drink bowls and beds.

Pet lovers must notify the hotel of plans to bring their pet when they make a reservation. Dogs/cats must weigh under 65 pounds and be present at check-in. A non-refundable cleaning fee is required starting at $75 per pet for up to 3 nights. Additional nights are $25 per pet per night.
