There are three (very informal) courthouses in the
Keys to apply for your wedding license . . .
Plantation Key, Marathon Key & Key West. No waiting
period, or blood tests required for out of state
visitors. Apply Monday - Friday (except legal
holidays) 9AM - 5PM with Photo ID or birth certificate
& proof of a dissolution of previous marriage.
Caution: very easy to get into, not so easy get out
of!
